Payment Terms:
25% at time of reservation.
Balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept wire transfers, or Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Travel Agents Protected.

Refund Policy:
100% refund if cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 31-59 days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival (unless villa is re-booked before the arrival date and if so a refund of 50% will be issued.
